The short version: everything on SarvTools runs in your browser. No accounts, no servers, no tracking. This page explains the details.

1. Who we are

SarvTools ("we", "us") operates the website at sarvtools.com. We provide 558+ free developer utilities that run entirely in your web browser. We do not have user accounts, we do not run servers that store your data, and we do not sell or share personal information.

2. Information we collect

We collect no personal information from you. We never ask for your name, email address, or any identifying details to use the tools.

  • Settings & preferences — theme, language, accent color, favorites and recently used tools are stored in your browser's localStorage on your device only. They never leave your device.
  • AI API keys (BYOK) — if you use an AI-powered tool, the API key you enter is stored locally in your browser and is sent only to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, OpenRouter, Groq, Gemini, DeepSeek, or a custom endpoint). We never see, store, or have access to your keys.
  • Files and content — documents, images, videos and text you process in any tool stay in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to our servers (we have none).

3. How we use information

The only data we touch is what your browser keeps locally to make the site convenient — for example remembering your theme choice or which tools you favorited. We do not use your data for profiling, marketing, or any purpose other than operating the site you asked for.

4. Cookies & local storage

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. It uses browser localStorage purely for your preferences.

  • Google Fonts — we load fonts from fonts.googleapis.com. Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Advertising (third-party cookies) — if we display advertising in the future, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

5. Analytics

We currently run no analytics, no trackers and no third-party monitoring on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy before any analytics go live.

6. Data security

Because your data never leaves your device, there is nothing for us to secure on our side. For AI-powered tools, requests go directly from your browser to the provider you chose over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Your API key is only ever transmitted to that provider.

7. Children's privacy

SarvTools is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, of any age. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to collect from children either.

8. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)

We store no personal data on any server, so there is nothing we hold that you would need to access, correct, or delete. You can clear your locally stored preferences at any time:

  • Inside the site — Settings → reset preferences.
  • Or in your browser — clear site data / localStorage for sarvtools.com.

9. Third-party links

Some tool pages link to external websites, such as AI providers or documentation. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies before sharing anything with them.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.
