1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using sarvtools.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

SarvTools provides 558+ free developer utilities — formatters, converters, generators, validators and AI-assisted tools — that run in your web browser. We do not host user accounts, do not store your files, and do not operate servers that collect your data.

3. The service is provided "as-is"

The Service and all tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce correct results in every case.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SarvTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or overload the Service, to reverse-engineer or scrape it at scale, or to use any tool to process content you do not have the right to process.

6. AI tools & bring-your-own-key

• Your key, your responsibility. AI-powered tools use the API key you provide. You are responsible for keeping it safe and for any usage or charges incurred on your provider account.
• Output may be inaccurate. AI-generated results (summaries, reviews, translations, scores, checklists) can contain errors or hallucinations. Always verify critical output before relying on it.
• Not professional advice. Tools like contract review, resume scanning or compliance checkers produce informational output only — never legal, financial, medical or tax advice.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: everything runs in your browser, we have no accounts, and we do not track you.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code and content are owned by SarvTools and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes, but you may not copy, redistribute or resell the Service itself.

9. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties you choose to engage — for example, an AI provider you connect with your own key, or Google Fonts for typography. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the latest revision, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
